Hi Everyone --

We made it safely to the United States. It's so nice to be "home" again. We had the hard drive from Pune to Mumbai airport and made it in 3 1/2 hours, had dinner at the expensive five-star hotel, then went to the airport. Our flight left at 12:24 a.m. and we were in the air 16 hours to Atlanta. My dream was to have a cheeseburger and a vanilla shake in Atlanta. We landed at 8 a.m. We found the burgers and shakes, however, and enjoyed them immensely! We caught our next 2-hour flight to Baltimore and made it almost on time. Julia picked us up and we were on our way to Grandma Wright's house.

Grandma Wright is doing fine and is feeling better from all her aches and pains of last month. We went to a ward party that night and went to bed tired! Sunday we got to church and found that there is such a difference in having an entire ward and all the people there. I think I have taken that for granted for a long time and I really appreciate it now.

We got to Wal-Mart today to get jeans and shampoo. Jeans in India just don't fit Americans! The weather is cool -- and I have been cold since we've been here. It's in the 40's at night at in the 60's in the day. We have been able to get a couple of walks in and Adam's 15th birthday party.

We're doing great -- even though we're still working on the jet lag! Hopefully, we will either see you or talk with you soon!
Love, Lucinda
