Hi Everyone!

Well, the monsoon is here with a vengance. It has rained for 2 days straight. We have wet walls everywhere (even inside walls, if someone can explain that!). Today the green mold started growing in the kitchen. We will have to come up with something to do about that tomorrow. We went to church today -- even though Mumbai was shut down yesterday from flooding (the airports and the train stations and the water-clogged streets). We did call first to make sure it was still on. It still takes 2 hours to get there. It's a hard ride over the mountains. There was rain and fog and lots of traffic. I pray very hard for our driver the entire trip, and for us. So far we have been very blessed! There weren't many people at church because a lot of the expats have left the country. This is the time of year they all take off. I can't blame them at all. We are looking forward to coming to the US in less than 2 weeks!

Hannah and I went out every day this week to keep busy. One day we went with her friend Jashun to some dress shops, then picked up some Pizza Hut Pizza and came home and watched "High School Musical". That was fun. One day we went looking for crafts and flannel to make baby blankets. It took quite a few fabric stores, but we finally found some flannel. They had about 10 bolts of different kinds. I got enough to get started, then went back on Friday to get some more. I guess I needed something to do to keep my hands busy. I need to go back and get some more thread to crochet the edging. I know Amber needs some, but the rest can go to charity somewhere.

We are making lists of things to do and purchase when we get to the US. I know a hair cut and a new pair of sandals are high on my list. I know pepperoni and a pizza party are on Hannah's list. Dad is looking forward to playing with the grandkids. I hope they will be ready for that!

Michelle was at Amber's after baby Hunter was born helping out. She took some pictures and Amber sent us some pictures from Miles' 3rd birthday. We thought we would pass them along so everyone can see them.

We don't have any holiday here for the 4th of July. I hope everyone enjoys it there in the US.

Not much is going on here. We hope all is well!
Love, Mom

P.S. On the way to church today we spotted a troup of monkeys along side the road sitting on the barrier. A couple of cars had stopped to feed them and I hoped to stop on the way home to get a picture. The monkeys were smart enough to get out of the rain so we missed them.

I was looking out the window at church a noticed a rat rummaging through the garbage in the gutter - yuck. Wish I had my BB gun.

The hills have turned green and there are lots of small waterfalls that we can see from the road. There were two cars parked by one that was right next to the road. All the occupants were out under the waterfall. Dad

Boy are we excited for you to come in two weeks. And don't worry, we're already getting prepped for all of the play. Hunter is still doing great. He is eating like there's no tomorrow and only getting up 2-3 times at night.

P.S. The baby blessing is still on for the 15th, we got it okayed by the bishop.

That sounds like it would be really pretty with all of the rain and waterfalls and monkeys and whatnot! Also, is a BB gun high on your list for the US now Dad? I hope that the airport is not flooded for your trip!
